Home Health Aide

What are the responsibilities of a Home Health Aide (HHA / CNA)?

Home health aides work in clients' homes, helping care for those who need services beyond what a companion can provide. They help elderly, convalescent or disabled people live in their own homes.

A Home Health Aide (HHA) will assist you with the following services and more:

  • Personal grooming assistance
  • Walking assistance and support
  • Special diet (required meal plan)
  • Posture and positioning
  • Incontinence care
  • Oral hygiene
  • Eating assistance
  • Toileting assistance

Family care plan review

Our aides document all services provided in the Daily Care Notes. We believe it is important to keep the family informed about the client's care plan and to answer any questions.

Whether you live in the same city or on the opposite coast, United Family Health Care stays in regular contact with the family regarding our home care services. This review is a cornerstone of our service.

Companion care

We handle a variety of necessary services, including:

Our network of home health aides provides care and assistance for elderly and disabled people, from a few hours up to 24 hours a day, with trained and insured caregivers.

  • And much more…
