Our Mission

Making a positive difference

We exist to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality home health care with dedicated and highly professional staff. Our goal is to have a decisive impact on the lives of our clients and their families in the optimal healing environment: the home.

Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD)

We promote independence and well-being

UFHC has fully trained staff to support people with developmental disabilities so they can live, learn and work in their communities. We improve quality of life through personal support, life skills development and companionship. Staying at home, rather than in an institution, is essential to each person's well-being.

"My goal is to promote, self-advocate and assist people with disabilities, to become more independent and feel part of our community." The benefit of remaining at home rather than an institution is paramount to each individual's wellbeing. — Olive Gaye, President & Founder
